Come with a clean face if you can
We can remove makeup. We would rather see the skin. Skip a new acid the night before. Keep the retinoid off if you already know it leaves you thin.
Bring the names, not the bag
We do not need a tote of bottles. We need the names that sting, the prescription, and anything you started in the last month. If you cannot remember, a photo of the label is enough.
Book the right length
If you already know you want a Bespoke Glow Facial, book that. If you do not know, book Skin Consultation and Analysis. A consultation is cheaper than an hour spent on the wrong protocol.
Leave time
South Bank Street is not a door you fall out of at the last minute. Park, walk in, sit. Write if you will be late. The slot is yours until we close it.
